Calls on the Archbishop of Canterbury and other concerned Primates to publically condemn the proposed 'Same Sex Marriage (Prohibition) Act' in its current form, on the same basis as the EU motion, and to publically criticise those Anglican archbishops and bishops who give support this legislation as aiding the violation of essential human rights and acting in a manner completely contradictory to Anglican statements regarding the basic welfare homosexual people and listening to their experience.

Once again, it takes a secular legislature to point out to the Church the very grave error of its ways. All I've heard from the bishops (with a very few notable exceptions) is silence; and that silence is thunderous from the ConsEv side. I can only assume that they endorse this legislation and would like to see similar laws passed in Europe and America.

Incidentally, in case we are tempted to think this is a uniquely Nigerian problem, remember that the Southern Baptists are now seriously discussing the possibility of culling gay-gened embryos in utero. Christianity is going completely verkakte over this issue.

Where in the heck are the Primates and where is the leadership of the Anglican Communion? I'm truly appauled by the lack of "moral fiber" and the playing of denial/pretend and "politics" regarding this Nigerian "hate legislation" by the +++ABC and ++KJS too...do they really expect others to follow them when their shabby and dangerous sin of omission/discrimination is evidenced before OUR very eyes?
