The Bishop of Washington has some critical comments: The Lambeth Conference: The turning point that wasn’t.
The bishops of the Diocese of Dallas liked it a lot: Lambeth: Interview with the bishops.
The Presiding Bishop listened: Hearing the call.

It would appear that the polarity between Dallas and the Washington Dioceses might reflect the struggle going on between the 'Covenanters' of TEC and those who feel, in all conscience, that the issue of the acceptance of gays in the Church is much to important to be left to a later time - when the moratoria might be lifted.
I really wonder whether those who want to run with the idea of 'Covenant' are serious about the intention of Resolution 1.10's urge to 'listen to the homosexual community in the Church, in order to gain useful insights into their claims.
I notice that Bp. Katherine is playing her cards very close to her chest on this one - waiting perhaps for further consultation with the H.o.B. before responmding to the call of the WCG for implementation of the first 2 moratoria.
It would seem that, if the GAFCONites have already declared their intention not to abide by the 3rd moratorium - to withdraw from invasions into other provinces of the Church - the WCG's insistence on TEC and Canada's return to the status quo on gay ordinations and same-sex blessings would be a rather one-sided contract.
