Baptizing less than a fifth of all English babies..of course it should be disestablished.
The Church of England should follow the Swedish model... of Church disestablishment that is!

One wonders if Robert's Italian Church (in, not of) England, baptizes a larger proportion of the babies in England? That might just be a true measure of the RC Church's influence there - as opposed to that of the national 'Church of England'.
