We all need to pray for the next session of the Church of England General Synod – that the Holy Spirit may open the hearts and minds of all those present, to the proper place of women in the Church – as fellow Ministers of Christ in the Sacraments.

At Christmas, we remember the role of Our Lady – a Godly woman – who was God’s Instrument in bringing the Word-made-flesh into this world – a sacramental act if ever there was one. Hail Mary, full of grace!
