There are many in Chichester who would settle for a Bishop who will ordain all our curates regardless of gender, because this would be such a big step forward. I know this is something most of you can take for granted.

Bring back St. Richard and St.Hilary. If they were alive today they'd probably see the need for more women in the Church's leadership.
