I can't even count how many times I've seen the Telegraph trot out this women bishop photo. Does anyone even know who it is (it could be staged, I realize.)

The photo comes from the Diocese of Perth, Western Australia. The bishops in the picture are the Archbishop of Perth, Roger Herft, and the Assistant Bishop, Kay Goldsworthy. They are in St George's Cathedral, Perth.
