Comments: Jesus is at the door

This makes me glad that there are still religious communities in the Anglican Communion. St. Benedict certainly had a lot say say about hospitality to the stranger, the outcast and the 'inconvenient'. Let's hope the Church can get its head around the need to be hospitable to Same-Sex persons who want to have their faithful, monogamous relationships recognised and celebrated by the Church.

How do you know Benedict was a 'saint'? If you don't believe in god, why do you have to listen to what this man said? On what authority does he speak to those of us who don't believe?
