GS Misc 744 Trade Justice is available online here but beware, it is a large (1.3 MB) pdf file.
The Preface, Introduction and Chapter 1 of GS 1536 Rethinking Sentencing can be dowloaded from here on the Church House Publishing website as a 400 kB pdf file.
