Lundy and Sugden are such sourpusses. It was this attitude in the low church parish I grew up in that drove me away from the church in my 20’s.

More and more, all this politicking and commentating strikes me as self-indulgent posturing. ALL of us should devote far more of our energies to supporting the churches we go to – which in most cases are faring indifferently or worse.

I do not know you from a hole in the ground. It is quite conceivable that you actually DID comply with at least three previous Lambeth Conferences and listen to gay people.
